Dynavise respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
1. Information we may collect
When you request a Website Review, contact us or otherwise interact with this website, we may collect information you provide, including:
- your name;
- business name;
- business email address;
- phone or WhatsApp number, if provided;
- website address;
- information about your business;
- information you provide about what you would like your website to improve; and
- other information you voluntarily include in your request or correspondence.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Website Review form.
We may also receive limited technical information required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, such as request timestamps and technical connection information. We aim to minimise the personal information recorded in application logs.
2. How we use your information
We may collect, use and disclose your personal data for reasonable business purposes including:
- reviewing and responding to your Website Review request;
- communicating with you about your enquiry;
- assessing whether Dynavise’s services may be suitable for your business;
- preparing a review, proposal, scope or related response where appropriate;
- providing services that you ask us to provide;
- maintaining the security, reliability and operation of our website and systems;
- preventing misuse, spam and fraudulent submissions;
- maintaining necessary business and legal records; and
- complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
We will not use information submitted through the Website Review form for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis for doing so.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Dynavise may use service providers to operate its website, email and other business systems. These providers may process information on our behalf only where reasonably necessary for the services they provide.
We do not sell personal data.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request from an authority.
4. Overseas processing
Some service providers used by Dynavise may process or store information outside Singapore.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Dynavise will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is handled in accordance with applicable requirements under the PDPA.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business purposes or where retention is required by law.
When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to cease retaining it or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual.
6. Security
Dynavise takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or similar risks.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website may use technical features necessary for security and operation.
At launch, Dynavise does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
If we introduce analytics or other tracking technologies later, we will review and update our privacy practices and this notice where appropriate.
8. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may contact us to:
- ask about personal data that we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- withdraw consent for our continued collection, use or disclosure of personal data where consent is relied upon; or
- raise a question or concern about our handling of personal data.
Depending on your request, there may be legal or practical consequences to withdrawing consent. We will explain these where applicable.
